Hugh Richards

Hugh worked for investment company 3i for twenty years, supporting small enterprises across the UK, before co-founding Exponent, a private equity business, in 2004.

He subsequently retrained as a clockmaker and now has a workshop in Clerkenwell, the original home of British clockmaking, conserving clocks of all periods.

He continues to provide financial and mentoring support to a number of early stage businesses.
