Football for All in Camden
Reimagining football facilities as accessible, community-led spaces

Our Why
Camden lacks affordable, local football facilities, forcing clubs and young people to travel outside the borough. This pushes money out of the local economy and limits safe, inclusive spaces that build belonging and opportunity.
Our Idea
We’re exploring how football facilities can become accessible, community-led spaces that serve Camden residents, starting with the Market Road pitches. Our idea is to work towards a permanent home for Camden football while also improving everyday access to quality pitches and multi-use games areas. By partnering with neighbouring boroughs, football bodies and local clubs, we aim to create fairer access, strengthen local pride and keep investment circulating within Camden’s communities. This is an early-stage idea focused on collaboration, learning and long-term impact.
