Ion Fletcher

Ion Fletcher works on behalf of the British Property Federation’s members to ensure that the views of the property industry are taken into account by the Government as it develops and implements policy. This involves creating and maintaining long term relationships with civil servants, politicians and other stakeholders as well as leveraging the expertise of the BPF's members to support robust policy positions. His particular areas of policy expertise are landlord & tenant relations, business rates and town centres, property tax in its many guises and insolvency issues. Ion is also the BPF's Finance Director and Company Secretary, responsible for the organisation's finance function, including financial controls, budgeting, financial reporting and risk management.
