Marianna Hay

Marianna is a social innovator and entrepreneur with direct experience of setting up, building and leading social impact initiatives and organisations. With over 15 years experience, she cut her teeth in 2011 as Founder of the nationally recognised, award winning charity, Orchestras for All.

More recently, Marianna co-founded Take Note - a sector support initiative that focuses on the power of partnerships, bringing together unlikely allies to deliver creative projects that overcome social challenges and developing a methodology that supports these groups to maximise the impact of their collaboration. 

Marianna is passionate about the potential of small, locally informed innovation to change the world, especially when led by outstanding individuals and knows first hand what it takes for these ideas to take hold and thrive.
